ciptool on fedora? (bluetooth-ISDN connection)

Hi there!
Has anyone around been able to install ciptool on a fedora system? I'm a
bit confused because ciptool 1.0.0 does not compile with my bluez-lib
package and i'm unable to find it in a binary distribution (only rpms i
found where for SuSE dist).
I'm using fedora kernel 2.4.22, in the changelogs i found something
about ciptool beeing integrated in the kernel but i don't know how this
is started.
If anyone has been able to get this running i would appreciate some hints.
