3ware 75xx, 85xx series.

CLI tools are available for 3ware controllers.

Yes, but only in SATA version (85xx).
3ware is quite linux-friendly company. I think the drivers are included
in kernel or can be downloaded from 3ware.com. I haven't tried their CLI
tools, because I use web interface.
