USB connection cables comes in two flavours, one is USBnet, the other
is USBLink. The second one needs some manager acting as a 'server' on
one side, then you run 'client' on the other and just copy what you
want, it usually looks just like norton commander or mc with 2
windows (one window is for master, the other for slave).
This is windows only toy, but there is hope that you could run this
client or master software in wine(winex), or even that this protocol
is somewhere allready implemented.

There are USB 2.0 universal cables acting as USBLink and USBNet. I
can tell you where you can find such a cable if you'r from Warsaw.

Pozdrawiam.
