You could use partimage (http://www.partimage.org) or Partition Magic
(http://www.powerquest.com) to copy the filesystems to the new device.
Make sure you have bootable CD/floppies for both Win and linux before you
do this. You will almost certainly have to boot linux from CD or floppy to
write a new boot record for the new device. Keep in mind that XP may
require product re-activation after it detects the hardware change, so
make sure you still have your installation CD key available.
