Which motherboard?

I am going to build a computer with an AMD64 processor and one of these
motherboards:

ASRock K8S8X
ECS 755-A V1.0

Which would be recommended? I am leaning toward the ECS board because I
have found more information in it. Are there any problems with running
Linux on either of these motherboards? I want to put Mandrake 10 64 on the
new computer.
