No 3d accel in X with Radeon 9200 SE

Hi. I cant get 3d accelaration in X.
My computer is:
CPU - Athlon 2600+
MotherBoard - Assus with NFORCE2 chipset
Graphics Card - ATI Radeon 9200 SE
Kernel - 2.6.3-7mdk

My XF86Config-4 is (i only will show the necessary information):

As you see i've tried some option that i saw when i reseached on google.

When i make lspci:

00:1e.0 PCI bridge: nVidia Corporation nForce2 AGP (rev c1)

02:00.1 Display controller: ATI Technologies Inc: Unknown device 5d44 (rev 01)

When i make lsmod:

ipv6 232352 6
radeon 127008 0
agpgart 31016 0

And appears this message on Xfree86 log:

(WW) RADEON: No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:2:0:1)
found

What's wrong??
