    Thanks. I did get it to work as ht0 but I cannot find any software that
    uses that address.

    As for using st0, I seem to have a problem. I placed /dev/hda =ide-scsi
    (the correct reference for my drive) in grub but I get and error at startup.
    It flies by quickly but it seems to be that module scsi_mon is not found.
    What would I enable (using Mandrake 10) in the kernel to cause it to
    generate that module during a recompile?
