I'm searching a reliable, low cost mainboard (about 70Euro/ Dollar) for
next half year for PCs that I deliver to my customers. AMD Processors
are enough, Intel is not needed. The power of a XP2800 is okay. Kernel
2.4.26 should support ACPI of the mainboard so that if the PC is running
24 hours I could implement "throtteling" during the night so save
electric current.
Urgently needed:
* lots of PCI-Slots (raid, ISDN, serial-cards, SCSI)
* wake-on-modem (one serial interface, two interfaces if possible)
* no buggy BIOS ;-)
LAN onboard (rtl 8139) is okay.
I could buy a dozen of these mainboards now if the mainboard perhaps
disapperars from the market. But processors should be available in the
next half year.
any suggestions?
thank you in advance
Ekkard
