Memory, as an issue, doesn't really change for rackmounts. If you're
using the same motherboard as you would in a "tower box," the fact
that it's a rackmount doesn't do anything to especially limit the
amount of memory you can have.

Furthermore, if you buy a "server-oriented" motherboard, it's a little
more likely that you'll have _more_ memory slots.

But as for disk, I suppose you're at least partially right. If there
is less space in the box, that means there is less space into which
you could add disk drives. On the other hand, adding a disk array is
pretty easy; you have a good place to mount it nearby :-).
