5.1 Speaker Questions

Hello.
I recently upgraded to a new motherboard which has an internal 7.1
speaker system. After some research i did, there are a few 7.1 speakers,
while 5.1 speakers exist many models and are very cheap, so i decided to
buy 5.1 speakers.

My question is about "computer speaker systems" VS "Hifi speaker systems".

I have read some reviews about some computer speaker systems.
For example i mention the "Creative Inspire 5.1 T5900" which costs
90Euro here (In Greece). It has 4x8W+20W Centre+22W Subwoofer and
has the usual 3.5" jacks (the one that looks like a nail).

I have also found a "hifi speaker system" which costs 99Euro
and has 50W Subwoofer+5x20W and has the rca jacks which i can
buy a 2rca->3.5" jack converter.

Every computer speaker system i have found is very high priced
for the power it provides.Do computer systems have superior
quality ? or their price is high just because they are made
"for computers" ?
