Check the documentation of the motherboard and make certain that the
power supply is in the listing that AMD makes available on their site
for approved power supplies.
The motherboards that I have installed in systems have all had a
recomendation of 350 watts or more.
The power draw that is mentioned above is an average most likely. If
one could see the peak current draw there would be times when it is
actually drawing a lot more than the average.
