Can't recommend anything specific, but I've seen plenty of 486/586 based
PIC's with everything you're after except the WiFi. However, if you get a
PIC with USB support (like a 586-based one I saw recently in a local
electronics shop) you can just use a USB WiFi adapter with Linux support
(NDIS wrapper etc).

I don't really play with PIC's much but Jaycar etc might have something
you're after. Maybe something on this list will fit your specs:
