probably not, since you don't state what the problem is.

besides, this is a hardware discussion group. discussions about
configuration or software are better handled thru one of 50 other linux
groups: maybe comp.os.linux.admin?

if you can't find the right group then go to the cups homepage. There is
most likely an email list for the product.
