CPU is the hardest thing to upgrade so don;t cheap out. disk and
memory can generally be added later if needed.
By "disk" we generally mean I/O speed (access time or aggregrate
MB/sec.) It's common for Disk I/O to be a limiting factor on
servers. is Size depends entirely on teh amount of data you are
saving.
