UPS recomendation for specific needs?

I'm looking for a recommendation for a UPS that will shutdown my two
computers running Mandrake gracefully when the power goes out.

Basically, if the power goes out, I want the computers to immediately
"shutdown -h now". I don't need it to keep the servers up, just shut them
down.

Does such a UPS exist? Does it exist cheaply? (hoping)
