Hi all,
I have got a Linux box with Fedora Core 2A installed.
I have got a 56K PCI HARDWARE MODEM manufactured by Sweex,
with INTEL AMBIET CHIPSET DQ82536EP.
I would love to use this modem to get connected to the Internet.
Please, anybody could tell me how could I configure the PCI bus
in order to get this modem working?
In particular I need to know how to detect on which Bus/Device/Function
the Modem is connected and how to configure the relevant IRQ and First I/O
Adddress.
Moreover, I know this driver of mine is a full hardware modem. Could I need
to download and install any
piece of software? Driver? for this particular Brand/model of Modem?
TIA.
Regards,
David
