"Unrared them"? Did you download .iso-files or did you download .rar
packages? From where did you download the files?

No, you will not be able to boot from a CD which you created by simply
copying a directory structure to that CD.

The trick is to download a bootable .iso file. It seems as if you are from
Russia, so you should use a russian mirror like this one:

ftp://ftp.chg.ru/pub/Linux/Slackware/slackware-10.1-iso

Download the .iso-files and burn them with some good program.
Unfortunately I can't recomend any good Windows CD burning program as I
haven't used Windows for anything useful since 1995. But if you are unable
to find a CD burning program capable of burning .iso-files you could
always use linux programs after booting some live CD like knoppix.
