Athlon MB w/ PCI-X?

I have a 3ware 7800 series PCI-X card that right now is running in my
Athlon XP 2600+ system, which only has PCI. The 3ware card runs fine
in PCI mode, just 33MHz instead of the 100 or 133 (I forget) of PCI-X.

Is there a cost effective Athlon MB out there that support PCI-X (not
PCI-E) 64bit cards?

Thanks!
