Hello, all.

I've just come back to looking at this question.

After a post by Michael Heiming in another thread, I tried connecting
the "composite video out" of my Sony PC-101 to the "composite video in"
of my Pinnacle TV tuner card (a Bt878 based card).

Using TvTime, set to take its input from the composite video line in, I
can see whatever the camera is pointing at.

Whenever I start GnomeMeeting, the Bt878 card switches back to using
the TV as the input, rather than the composite line in. So, I need to
start GnomeMeeting, then start TvTime, and use TvTime to set back to
the composite line in and the PAL standard (my camcorder send out a PAL
image).

Is there some way of controlling the Bt878 from the command line, or
from GnomeMeeting?

Keith.
