RAID 0 SIL3112A - Asus A7N8X Deluxe

I have a Windows XP NTFS partition on two Maxtor SATA on SIL3112A in RAID 0
setup.
The SIL3112A is activated by a jumper. RAID 0 was activated by BIOS.
Now I want to install Linux on a PATA drive. Installation locks on "IRQ11:
nobody cared", "Disabling IRQ11".
IRQ 11 is used by SIL3112A.
How can I solve the problem?
If I power off the SATA HD I can install Linux and use it. But If I try to
power on the HDD during booting "IRQ11: nobody cared" and "Disabling IRQ11"
appear and I can't use Linux.
