Fasttrak S150 SX4-M very slow in writing

Hallo
I have installed a S150 SX4 Fasttrak with RAID 5 (3 Harddisks 160 GB).
After I make insmod FastTrak.o everything works but the writing speed
(dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=1M Count=500 -> needs 170 seconds)
is very slow about 3-4 MB/s. Reading is very fast 50 MB/s.
I have a AMD 2600 with ASUS A7N8X Board.
What for writing speed I should expect ?
Do anyone have solve this problem ?
