*Which* DVD filesystem? ISO9660 is limited to 2G because file sizes are
stored in a signed 32-bit int. UDF does not have that limitation.

Use UDF instead of ISO9660. "man mkisofs" and search for "udf" for the
proper option to feed to mkisofs.
