PCI Profiling/Statistics Tools?

Hello!
Does anyone know of tools for Linux that would let us get statistics
about PCI performance? Throughput, congestion events... the kind of
statistics you would normally get on an Ethernet card (though more
detail would be great). Tools like lspci tell me lots about how the
busses are configured, but I'm looking for a way to find out how well
(or badly) they're performing.
