resize ntfs & move ext3

hello.
currently my Harddrive space looks something like this

|<---NTFS--->|<---swap--->|<-----ext3---->|<---empty space--->|

with Windows XP at the front of the HD. then "/swap" then "/" then blank
space

I want to move the ext3 & the swap space to the right, to allow WinXP to
takup the extra blank space

I tryed booting to knoppix and using qtparted, but it would not let me
move the "/" or ext3 partition

I also Tried Mandrakes DiskDrake, and was not able to move the ext3.

so how do I let XP grow and not have to reinstall either OS?

if I need to copy stuff I can do that also as I have a second HD hooked
up as slave, with lots of space.

any sugestions on, web-tutorials, programs, live-cd's, other would be
apreciated
