    Hi everybody,

    I have a problem.

If I put a DATA CD in my CD-R and type the command:
    # dd if=/dev/hdc of=foo.img

    It works.

If I put an AUDIO CD in my CD-R and type the same command :
    # dd if=/dev/hdc of=foo.img
    # dd: reading `/dev/hdc': Input/output error
    # 0+0 records in
    # 0+0 records out

    It doesn't work.

    Don't know why.

    Any Idea ?

    PS: readcd doesn't work too.
