I'm spec'n a Dell OptiPlex 170L for my Linux experiment.
I'm maxing the memory because I've seen what it can do.
But I don't think I need to upgrade the uP. I have no
video or graphics needs beyound typical browser stuff and
running eclipse, and java for dev work.

Is there much of an advantage, if any, upgrading to a P4?
It's an extra $150 I don't want to spend.

Comments?

Thanks
