All of them AFAIK. The motherboard of the machine the NIC is in must
support Wake-On-LAN, but most motherboards support that. You may have
to connect a small cable between the NIC and a couple of pins on the
motherboard as well. Check your motherboard's manual for details.

Depends on whether the router has the capability to send WOL packets.
I'd guess that most of them don't, but ICBW.

If the router can send WOL packets to a specific MAC address, you can do
