PCI Controller Raid Promise Fasttrak100-TX2 with Linux

Hi,

On a computer running Windows XP family edition on a raid configuration 0+1,
I just install SUSE Linux 10.0 on a bootable HD.

>From the Bios I can boot to Suse Linux 10 .0 but I can not see my raid disk
because Suse Linux 10.0 doest not support my raid controller.
On Promise site there is a driver for Suse Linux 9.0 only and it will not
install or I dont know hos to install it..

>From Bios I don't have access to windows anymore.

I will re-install Windows XP on my raid system, do a Ghost image, and
re-instal Linux again.

HERE is my questions:

 Is there a Linux distro that will support my Promise Fastrak100 TX2 or what
is the best raid controller to get ?

Also is ther a Linux distro that will support raid Silicon 3114 onboard raid
controller on an Abit IC7 Max3 ?
