    Yes, I use udev. How do I check which /dev entry is created when I plug a
    thumbstick into the USB port ?

    I can view the device in usbview, which means that an interface is being
    created, only that I do not know what its name is. In such a situation, how
    does one make an entry in /etc/fstab ?
