I'm probably going to get one of these little jewels
http://ezaurus.com/lineup/slc3100/index.html for Christmas.... It's only
available in Japan (or in the US if you want to pay triple) and support
stateside is non-existent....
I need to be able to connect it to my network. The CF cards sold in Japan
are apparently tied directly to the telcos; AFAICT they're basically
cell-modems not 802.11 cards.
I've tried googling fro 802.11 CF and I get a few hits. Some even claim
to support the slc3100. But I can't find any that say they support
linux.... (One of my goals is to put standard debian for arm on this as my
Japanese is limited....)
Anyone know of a 802.11 CF card that has linux support? I really don't
care if it is 802.11b or g, just as long as I can get it hooked up to the
network.... Both my WAPs are 802.11b, so I really don't need 802.11g
anyway...
