Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, I did not succeed, up to now, to
install anything: after a few seconds, when linux is charging the image, I
come back to the bios prompt....

Anyway, what I cannot know with certitude: is this combination of
motherboard-cpu-ddr2 ram is 32 or 64 bits? I tried only the FC4-i386
distro.
