OK, I found a store that would build me this config:

Motherboard: Gigabyte K8NF-9 S939
CPU AMD Athlon 3800 x 2 DUAL
DDR 1GB/400 Kingston
FDD 3 1-2 Frontal
6600 256MBI PCI Express
HDD 200 GB serial ATA
DVD LG4167 OEM Black

It comes at about 250$ less than the Presario 1667 which has the
same CPU. Is the above config any good?
