Those messages typically indicate that your hard drive is about to
die. Check the SMART attributes (with 'smartctl') and/or the
manufacturer's diagnostic utility to be sure. Make sure you have
backups of any important data on that disk. It may continue to work
for quite a while, it may not.

It is also possible that the drive is an old model that doesn't
support that ATA command, in which case seeing this message once
during boot is normal. The size of the drive suggests that this might
be the case. Then again, it could be dying, so investigating the
cause of the error is certainly a good idea.
