Linux links where I can find the feature differences.
Go to kernel.org (or a mirror near you) then find and read
the ChangeLog files. For example
http://www.piau.lkams.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/ChangeLog-2.6.16.11
details the changes between 2.6.16.10 and 2.6.16.11
Download the relevant ones and search for "USB".
BTW 2.6.16 is very new and there are still a lot of bug fixes
coming into it. Are you sure that you need a kernel that new?
