Are you sure it's not Intel 945? 'Cause 845 is really old and any old
Xorg had 3d support. For 945, you need Xorg 7.1 (or earlier, with driver
update).
To my
surprise, the kernel module agpgart was nonexistent! I need this module
to go on! Anyway, is there any way I can compile it now, or do I have to
recompile the kernel?
Agpgart is usually built into the kernel these day. Check the log to see
if its doing anything.
