Is D-Link DSM-562I linux-compatible?

I am looking for an internal hardware modem for a linux-based fax
server. I believe that the DSM-562I fits the bill, but have heard
conflicting information about compatability. I do NOT want a
winmodem/linmodem.

Does anybody out there use this modem with Linux?
