"commercial" laptops.

I was normally going
1. to commercial sales.
2. explain the issues.
3. when they can't help me, ask for commercial help desk.
4. they can't help me.
5. hang up

You have to *own* one to have one troubleshooted - which is what those
line s are for. You still want to talk to a sales office, just not the
consumer sales is all.
