I've a Siemens Scenic Mobile 360, with a builtin IrDA device which
supports FIR and SIR.
Here's what I get when I run “findchip”:
skywalker njsg # findchip
NSC,PC87338,11.2,0x398,0x2f8,0x2f8,3,3,1,0,1
Which module should I modprobe? nsc-ircc does not work:
skywalker njsg # modprobe nsc-ircc
FATAL: Error inserting nsc_ircc
(/lib/modules/2.6.15-gentoo-r1/kernel/drivers/net/irda/nsc-ircc.ko): No
such device
What should I do? Does somebody know how to configure IrDA for this laptop/chipset?
