Intel Celeron D for Web server and Image work?

I am looking to build a small server, and as one of my goals I would like
something that would be relatively powerful for webserving and imagemagic
stuff. Imagemagic because the sight it's going to be hosting is rather
image intensive and utilizes imagemagic.
The motherboard I am looking at is Socket 775, so I am debating weather to
get P4 or save my money (limited as it is) and get "Celeron D". The price
difference is basically $50 for identical clock chips, both being 2.6GHz.
The P4 would be faster, obviously, but for CLI only server, what kind of
gains would I see for my $50?
Thanks,
