SCSI HBA: PCI or PCI-e

I've a system which uses the:

http://supermicro.com/products/motherboard/Xeon800/E7320/X6DVL-EG2.cfm

motherboard. I need to add SCSI to it. The one 64-bit 66MHz PCI (3.3V)
slot is busy (with an 8 port SATA card). So I need a SCSI HBA that works
under Linux and fits in either:

* PCI-e slot
* 32-bit 33MHz PCI (5V) slot

I was all set to buy a nice LSI, but it uses PCI-X.
