No, 939 just seemed like it was cheaper, and fast enough.

If you already have the CPU then I'd
suggest the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum although any Nforce4 based motherboard
will do. I have an MSI K8N Neo4 with an Athlon64 X2 4400+ and 4G running
Fedora Core 5, it's been running 24/7 for about 18 months.

But is it quiet? It seems like all the nforce motherboards have fans on
them which makes me wonder if they are noisy.
