I'm running mine with 4G at 200MHz (400DDR). I had to replace two of my
DIMMs with premium RAM and I upped the voltage on the DIMMs to the maximum
safe value. With my original two pairs of DIMMs the system wasn't stable
at 200MHz,

Depending on the number of banks, the spec with four sticks can drop to
333 MHz. In that case, 400 MHz (200 DDR) is actually an overclocked
situation. That's not to say that it won't work (particularly with
increased voltage as you mention), but it is out of spec.
