There should be no issues with 750 GB.
Hardware RAID subsystems present themselves to the kernel as one device,
so 750 GB "devices" have been in use for quite a while even though 750
GB drives are fairly new to the market. I'm aware of potential
partitioning problems when you get to 2 TB devices and above, but 750 GB
should be just fine.
