Hi,
I want to be able to boot from my SATA drive. Right now with the
EP-8VTAI I cannot, so I use it as storage. With that board I cannot
even boot from disk with the SATA attached so I boot from CD Lilo
rescue always.
So I am looking for recommendations for a Socket T intel-compatible
mobo: ATX form. Should be supported by Debian Sid, lm-sensors + sound.
I was thinking of using a Celeron D 340 Prescott processor.
It seems strange but such recommendations are hard to come by: I prefer
to order thru NewEgg and it has loads of reviews, but hardly any
mention Linux and I would like to avoid the last problem with the Epox
mobo I bought.
Thanks.
H
