help? Install SiS900 PCI fast ethernet Adapter within redhat 8.0,



After boot,
I enter command "dmesg", the return information is like below:
divert: freeing divert_blk for eth0
eth0: Error EErpom read ffff
sis900.c v.1.08.04 4/25/2002



when i enter command "insmod sis900", the return infor is like this:

...including invalid IO or IRQ parameters. you may find more information
in syslog or the output from dmesg.


Pls help me how to solve this prob. Thank you very much.
