PCI COM Board Question , Pls help , Urgent

We have installed the PCI COM board to Linux FC2. After installed, the COM
IRQ alloaction to 217, 169 , it cannot to adjust to smallest IRQ no. 3,5,7.
I have try aetup in BIOS to PCI IRQ. After using Minicom testing. In minicom
initizlizing modem, the screen no message show testing ok. pls advice how to
fix this problems.
