Ii it a problem of a network card or mainboard? Or anything else?The
friend told me that it could be a problem of power supply too.
(This server( I use it as a webserver), was up for about 140 days and
then was a first down time and 10 days later this second.)
Any idea would be appreciated

This may be a simple software error, thought it seems like your card just
died.
