is it a problem with the CPU, the Memory or the Motheboard ?
maybe it's a temperature problem but i'm not sure of it:
the motherboard is around: 42°C (asus)
the processor : 57°C (amd)
the system disk : 50°C (maxtor)
the others disk : 40°C (maxtor)
i don't think that these values are out of range, if you thinks yes,

Unless you have ECC memory, the most likely reason is
a bus error or a cache failure.
Processors can degrade with time. They also tend to
'remember' past overheating. The degradation often
takes the shape of narrower timing margins.
In other words, try to lower the clock frequency.
