how to find out the serial I/O address and IRQ?

how to find out the serial I/O address and IRQ?
hi,all. i try to use google to resolve the problem , according some ones
said it can find out the serial I/O address and IRQ int
/proc/pci, but i cant find it.
my OS is FC4 , kernel is 2.6.14

is there anyone met the problem before? please give me an advice , thanks
