Hello,
I was wondering if any of you had any experience running an
"out-of-the-box" debian sarge, running a 2.6.8 kernel on an Asus
P5LD2-VM motherboard?
There seems to be a lot of issues when installing it on a i965 based
motherboard due to the jMicron controller, but I am not sure about the
945 one. I'd like to build a server farm and this seems to be the best
alternative and a great value for the money.
Would the onboard devices be recognized?
Actually, would you recommend anything that has network/sata2/onboard
video and that supports the core2duo processors?
Thanks for your feedback!
Regards,
Renaud
